Hello and Welcome to Connection Call Center, Partnering with Arise! You have taken the 1st steps to a whole new life of freedom, flexibility, and financial independence that I am sure you will love.
The starting pay is between $9.00 and $18.00 an hour, base pay, with many clients offering incentives to earn more. All contractors work from home.
You will be a 1099 contract worker with Connection Call Center, through Arise, which means you are responsible for your career. You get to make your schedule after certification, as long as you can work at least 15 hours per week.
As your management company, we provide timely and thorough support for our contractors through every step.
*We are not currently hiring contractors who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Washington.

After you click, “I’m Interested,” we will send you more information and how you can sign up for a brief, ~15-minute Zoom session. The session is for us to provide you with more details, so you can begin your registration on Arise.

Registration
After the Zoom session, we will send you information to assist you with registration. After you are registered, we will send a detailed welcome packet and onboarding documents.

Certification

After completing all onboarding documents, you can join any certification class of your choosing. After completing the certification, you are ready to start making your schedule and earning money!
